Responsibilities include:

• Oversees the daily development and tracking of integrated project plans
• Establishes and maintains project communications
• Oversees requirements gathering and is responsible for writing requirements specification docs
• Oversees project estimates. Oversees the development of project deliverables
• Establishes and maintains processes to manage scope throughout the project lifecycle
• Identifies and manages project issues
• Sets project quality and performance standards
• Assesses and manages risk over the project lifecycle
• Maintains project tracking and information systems
• Leads teams of 2-6 individuals
• Builds and structures project teams to ensure maximum performance
• Provides purpose, direction and motivation to team
• Clarifies and communicates project objectives and success criteria
• Ensures key project-wide roles and responsibilities are defined
• Ensures the use of best practices and applies lessons learned from previous projects
• Ensures a positive, collaborative work environment for the team
• Mentors and coaches project team members, as appropriate

We're looking for candidates who fit following description:

• Demonstrated ability to hand-code HTML User Experiences
• Experience with CSS2
• Experience with AJAX
• Experience with JSP a plus

Responsibilities include:

• Cut and Code complex HTML User Experiences using standards-compliant code
• Collaborate with Programmers and Designers to see projects to completion
• Create dynamic JSP templates for use in BrowserCMS-driven sites and for custom applications

We're looking for candidates who fit following description:

• Demonstrated ability to hand-code PHP & MySQL
• Experience with Linux and Windows environments
• Experience developing to OO standards
• In-depth knowledge of current-generation programming languages and APIs

• Work with current CMS to expand and develop new features
• Work in a team environment with other developers
• Collaborate with Programmers and Designers to see projects to completion
